Chocolate Flavor by Flavor Apprentice has a rich and decadent taste that captures the essence of smooth, creamy chocolate. It offers a perfect balance of sweetness and richness, with hints of cocoa and a velvety texture that makes it ideal for adding depth and complexity to a wide range of culinary creations. When using this extract in culinary recipes, it is recommended to start with a low percentage of around 1-2% and adjust based on personal preference. By starting at a lower percentage, you can gauge the intensity of the chocolate flavor and ensure that it does not overpower other ingredients in the dish.In desserts, such as cakes, cookies, and pastries, Chocolate Flavor by Flavor Apprentice can be used to elevate the overall taste and create a luscious, indulgent treat. In beverages like hot chocolate or milkshakes, this extract can add a velvety richness that enhances the overall flavor profile.Overall, this extract is versatile and can be used in a variety of culinary applications to add a delicious chocolatey twist to your favorite recipes.

Fairly weak flavour and tastes a bit like.. tootsie roll? I bought this flavour after trying and liking FA Milk Chocolate, but wanting to try a version without Acetyl Propionyl (At time of writing flvrs doesn't have the Diketone free version of FA's milk chocolate). The Chocolate flavour by FA tastes more like candy than chocolate. I double checked the manufacturer's product page and it seems to list only 'artificial flavours' vs the 'natural and artificial flavours' from the milk chocolate version, which also says it contains 'chocolate extract'.Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad flavour, but it tastes less real than the milk chocolate from the same manufacturer and isn't even as strong/concentrated. Even if you want tootsie roll flavour, it looks like FLVRS also carries the extra strength version of their chocolate flavour so I'd get that instead.3/5

Think this one need a lot of % to start getting the taste, tried at 5% and completely not getting any flavour, very weak...
