Sweetener by Flavor Apprentice is a versatile flavoring that adds a smooth sweetness to culinary creations. The taste is reminiscent of a combination of sugar and a hint of honey, creating a well-rounded sweetness without being overly cloying. When used in culinary recipes, Sweetener can enhance the overall flavor profile by balancing out any tart or bitter notes. It can also help to round out the flavors and create a more harmonious taste experience. For beginners, a recommended starting percentage for using Sweetener in recipes is around 1-2% of the total recipe. This can be adjusted based on personal preference and the desired level of sweetness. It is always best to start with a smaller amount and gradually increase as needed to avoid overpowering the other flavors in the recipe.Overall, Sweetener by Flavor Apprentice is a great addition to desserts, beverages, and other culinary creations to add a touch of sweetness and enhance the overall flavor profile.

Personally, I don't ever use sweetener above 1%. It can dull the taste of your juice over time if you are not careful. Sometimes it's better to let a juice steep a bit before you add sweetener because some of the flavors already have sweetener in them that just takes a little time to develop over time. I believe this particular sweetener contains 5% Ethyl Maltol (aka "cotton candy") as well as Sucralose , so if you don't like the way that EM reacts to your tastebuds, you might want to try Capella super sweet instead, although that stuff will gunk up your coils if you use too much.

this was one of the three sweeteners that i bought here for my first mixing experiences ...to keep it short, (look up my review on "Super Sweetener by Capella Flavors" if you want my experience with that one... :).) between it and Flavor West's ... this one was slightly less sweet (but noticeably so ...), seemed to have a a little bit more of of a bitter taste, but neither of them were overwhelming in either sweetness or bitterness. would recommend both, but this one seems more suitable for "fruitier" types of mixes (again, first time mixer, did not spend too much time doing science or steeping ;q.), while Flavor West's seems to be quite great for more dessert-type of mixes! x)"Super Sweet by Capella Flavor" https://www.flvrs.com/ca/products/flavoring/32/super+sweet/2656/21225"Sweetener by Flavor West" https://www.flvrs.com/ca/products/flavoring/32/sweetener/1951/15902both were p. great, and would recommend from my little experience :). just different taste profiles... x) good luck and have fun!! xD!
