Mexican Liqueur by The Flavor Apprentice is a rich and complex flavor that captures the essence of traditional Mexican liqueurs. It has a sweet and slightly spicy taste with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and a hint of agave. The combination of flavors in this extract creates a smooth and well-rounded profile that is perfect for adding depth and complexity to your culinary creations. The vanilla adds a creamy sweetness, while the cinnamon provides a warm and slightly spicy kick, and the agave brings a unique sweetness that is characteristic of Mexican liqueurs. For culinary recipes, it is recommended to start with a low percentage of around 1-3% of Mexican Liqueur flavoring extract and adjust to taste. This extract is quite potent, so a little goes a long way. By starting with a small percentage and gradually adding more, you can achieve a balanced and nuanced flavor in your desserts and beverages. Experimenting with different percentages will help you find the perfect balance for your recipe.

Its strong, and very flavourful. Its amazing just to smell it. Chocolate , coffee and cinnamon hints, an awesome flavour. On its own, or with some vanilla. ( any would do ). If you pair it with FA Vanilla Bourbon , youll have an awesome liqueur taste .

This is very good, its a bit abstract, not sweet, like a cross between coffee and chocolate. Actually reminds me of Kahlua liqueur. I mixed some in a tobacco juice that was incredibly boring (to me) , Mexican liquor really changed it for the better.

Spicy and Coffee-Like, maybe some notes of chocolate in there? From my limited experience with the liqueur, very reminiscent of Kahlua. It's quite good and I look forwards to experimenting with it in my cooking. Try some for yourself.
