Rewards Program

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the FLVRS Rewards Program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• Participation in the Program is open to all FLVRS customers.

2. Program Tiers

• The Program consists of five tiers: Regular (guest), Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
• FLVRS reserves the right to change spending thresholds and tier benefits at any time without prior notice.

3. Earning Rewards

• Rewards are earned based on the amount spent on eligible purchases made on FLVRS' website.
• Rewards are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Rewards are calculated on the subtotal of each order, excluding shipping fees and taxes.

4. Shipping Benefits

• Free shipping benefits are available according to tier-specific order value thresholds. "Free shipping" means FLVRS will subsidize up to US$15.00 of the shipping cost. If the actual shipping cost exceeds US$15.00, we will cover the first US$15.00 and you will pay the remaining amount.
• Shipping benefits apply only to eligible addresses as per carrier restrictions.
• Priority and express shipping options have a US$20.00 monetary limit. Orders exceeding this will revert to expedited shipping.

5. Reward Points Structure & Expiration

• Points Structure: Reward Points are earned and tracked in separate "lots" based on individual qualifying transactions. Each lot of points is associated with the specific transaction that generated them.
• Inactivity-Based Expiration: In compliance with Ontario's Protecting Rewards Points Act, Reward Points do not expire based solely on the passage of time. However, each lot of Reward Points will expire if there has been no earning or redemption activity on your account for a period of 12 consecutive months from the date those specific points were earned.
• Activity Definitions: "Activity" includes any of the following: making a qualifying purchase that earns points, or redeeming points for a purchase. Logging into your account or browsing the website does not constitute activity for expiration purposes.
• Expiration Notice: We will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to the expiration of any Reward Points due to inactivity, but you are responsible for monitoring your points balance and activity.
• Prevention of Expiration: To prevent your Reward Points from expiring, simply make a qualifying purchase or redeem points within any 12-month period.

6. Tier Status Duration

• Tier status is valid for the calendar year in which you qualify and the following full calendar year; annual requalification is required based on spending thresholds.
• Members who don't requalify for their current tier status will revert to Bronze tier status (or the highest tier for which they qualify).
• Tier status is separate from Reward Points and follows different expiration rules as outlined above.

7. Program Changes

• FLVRS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Changes to the Program are effective immediately upon posting on FLVRS' website.

8. Termination of Membership

• FLVRS reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Program if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting FLVRS customer support.
• Upon termination, all unredeemed Reward Points will be forfeited.

9. General Terms

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
• FLVRS' decisions regarding eligibility, tier qualification, and reward redemption are final and binding.
• FLVRS is not responsible for technical or human errors in connection with the Program.

By participating in the FLVRS Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. FLVRS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
